If you are traveling last minute, many hotels on hotelbook are offering great deals. Look out for the LATEGETAWAYS™* rate if you are booking a hotel room and traveling within 7 days of your stay at a hotel.
The LATEGETAWAYS rates must be booked and prepaid within seven days of arrival and are non cancellable - but they do offer extremely good value if you are confident your plans are not going to change.

The rates I found are per room per night and are subject to availability at time of booking. Rates were correct as of 24th April 2009 for stays between 24th April and 01st May 2009.
